If you are here then I am delighted that you are interested in learning how our breath and breathing can improve our wellbeing. In showing up to this session, you are starting to create the space to explore what you might do to nourish your body and mind. The first step to living in harmony with our breath and body is to get to know them, when we perhaps pay less attention to them and how we might alter that. I am so excited that you are here.
Breathing Space is a 90 minute live workshop that will include:
- Teaching about our breathing, the autonomic nervous system and polyvagal theory
- Theories about how our body can store the stress we experience in our lives
- Suggestions on how we can use our breath as a positive influence in our bodies.
- Opportunity to consider how you might apply this in your own life.
- Time to practise various breathing techniques together
The investment for the workshop is £15 plus your time, energy and presence on the day.
